After the great success of the first five VISAR meetings it is a great pleasure to invite you on behalf of
the organizing committee to Vienna for the „6th Vienna Interdisciplinary Symposium on Aortic Repair
(VISAR)“. We are very much looking forward to this event, since for the first time VISAR will be held
in close cooperation with the Inselspital Bern, Switzerland.
New mechanisms of aortic diseases will be presented. The most recent results of new international
registries related to this exciting and rapidly evolving field will be shared with the attendants.
Furthermore, new therapeutic strategies will be discussed by international experts in cardiovascular
surgery and interventional radiology.
